In the case of items arriving damaged , please contact me with image proof within one week of your package arriving. If items are in stock, they can be resent for free, but the shipping must be covered by the buyer.
Acrylic Charms + Pins
Charms have a protective clear peel on the front and back that should be removed upon use. Epoxy charms will only have the peel on the flat side.
✿ Acrylic : Most of my charms use regular acrylic unless stated otherwise. Material is clear and flat on both sides.
✿ Epoxy : Clear with a rounded effect at the top side with a flat backside.
Enamel Pins
All enamel pins are handmade by manufacturers, as such, a standard A grade pin is not 100% perfect. There are 3 grades that reflect their prices.
✿ A grade: May have minor imperfections, including small amounts scuffs/scratches or slightly uneven fill.
✿ B grade: Have minor imperfections similar to A grades, but in addition may have specks and bubbles in the filled area as well as more noticeable scratches on the metal.
✿ C grade: Have major imperfections such as miscolored areas and/or larger scratches on the metal that are easy to spot.
Prints
Default paper is coated matte cardstock! Unless I specifically specify what paper I'm using, all my prints are printed with this.
✿ Linen: Special textured paper, feels organic.
✿ Risograph Prints: Prints using a technique similar to screen printing. Each color is printed one at a time. Colors end up more vivid and each one is unique to each other.
Stickers
✿ All of my stickers are waterproof unless directly stated on the description of the item that it is not.
